When can I expect my planter to arrive?
Once your order is placed, we process it within 2-3 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location, but most orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processing. You’ll receive tracking information via email to stay updated on your planters' journey to you!
What if I want to return my planter?
We do not accept returns, all purchases are final. If your planter arrives damaged or has incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange for store credits or refund. Please contact our customer support team at planterlibrary@gmail.com to initiate a return.
How do I submit my planters?
If you have planters you'd like to rehome with us, simply sign up for our “Planter Library Card” and follow the instructions to submit your items. After signing up, visit our submission page, fill out the details of each planter, and ship them to the provided address. Once we receive and verify the items, your credits will be added to your account.
How many credits can I receive from mailing in my old planters?
Credits vary based on the size and condition of the planter. For example, small plastic nursery pots earn 50 points, while larger ceramic planters can earn up to 1,000 points. Check our Planter Submission Guide for a detailed breakdown of credit amounts per planter type and size.
Can you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes! However, please note that some larger items may have restrictions, so feel free to reach out to us if you have specific questions regarding your order.
How do I gift a planter?
Gifting a planter is easy! Just select your chosen planter, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Be sure to check the “This is a gift” option if available, and include any gift message you’d like. We’ll handle the rest and ensure your gift is delivered with care.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at planterlibrary@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already been processed. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
Why doesn't my planter have a drainage hole?
Some of our planters do not have drainage holes, as they are second hand planters. We do clearly note if a planter has drainage or not in the listings so be on the look out for that. If needed, you can drill a drainage hole or place a layer of rocks at the bottom to help with drainage.

Why are prices so low?
We’re committed to making sustainable choices accessible! Our planters are second-hand or upcycled, which allows us to offer quality products at lower prices while reducing waste. By choosing pre-loved planters, you’re supporting a circular economy and saving on costs.
Why aren't there larger planters available?
Right now we only have small and medium sized planters. We are actively making additions to our collections; Subscribe to our newsletter and be on of the first to hear about our larger planters when they are available!

How many Seeds can I receive from mailing in my old planters?

Do you cover shipping if I send my planters?
